Chalgrove has a thriving Health Walks group which meets every Friday morning. Health Walks is for fitness. The walks are led by trained leaders and explore the local countryside. Most walks take about an hour with a stop for coffee at the end. Walks are friendly, fun, and aim to make you feel good. Best of all they are free.

You don't need any special equipment to come on a Health Walk. Just wear comfortable clothes and suitable shoes for walking in the countryside. You might like to carry a bottle of water with you.
