On Saturday 9th November there will be the opportunity to experience Chalgrove's rich and fascinating history in the form of a Son et Lumiere.

This dramatic show will take place in St Mary's Church and tells the story of our village over 900 years in a spectacular and exciting way through Sound and Light.

The show will take you back in time, stimulate your imagination and re-capture nine centuries of life in our small Oxfordshire village in a uniquely exciting way.

This show was written and researched by Russell Kilmister and the sound produced by Chris Braclik, a specialist in these type of productions. The production team have all had experience in public events and promise you an evening to remember.

There will be refreshments available to welcome you from 7pm and a chance to breathe in the wonderful atmosphere of the church at night. The Son et Lumiere will start at 8pm and lasts for an hour. There will be no tickets for sale, but we will ask for a donation to go towards the St Mary's Conservation and Refurbishment Project Appeal.

Chalgrove has a fascinating history. Come and experience it in a unique and dramatic way.
